Return policy

We will grant you 14 days to determine whether your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you may return the product. You may inspect the product closely, just as you would in a store, and test whether it meets your expectations. If you are unsure whether you can still return or exchange your product, please contact us at info@dobberspecialist.nl.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, please return it to us in the original packaging and unused. Below you can read how to proceed. We will refund your payment, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days. You only need to pay for the return shipment yourself.
